Brad Kurlancheek is not the best lawyer. I had a horrible experience when I used his services on time. He is cheap though BUT he did NOT do what he was supposed to do so now I have to do it ALL on my own!!!! That is why I paid him so HE would do what needed to get done, but he didn’t. I would not recommend him at all. Not unless you are willing to do stuff that he “forgets” to get taken care of!
