good selection of foreign films

This place has a good selection of foreign films. I would say that it's selection is broad rather than deep, which is understandable given the size of the store. If you are enrolled in UW or know anyone there, UW's video collection (except for new releases) is way better. Scarecrow also carries a lot of animes in its 2nd story. Rental rate is a bit high though.
They also rent multil-region dvd players and VCRs.
