Even if they served dog food, you problably cannot find a better place in town. Looking over the Willamette, the outdoor dining is terrific. The menu is fine, but nothing really more than a Shari's menu with a fancy font.
What do I mean, Sheri's sells Garden burgers while MNB features Bocaburgers (Don't worry, it is better than Sheries).
