Dr. Romberg in particular is a caring dentist and really tries to make the time you spend in the chair as pleasant as possible. The staff is, unfortunately, rude and have very poor customer service skills. Through a few different experiences I've had here, I learned the staff would rather lose your business than go the slightest bit out of their way to make you a happy patient. It's a shame, because Dr. Romberg really is a good dentist. For me personally, though, it just wasn't worth it to be treated so poorly by the staff.

This is a great doctor’s office—Dr. Berger and her staff actually treat you as a patient, not as a number (which I have had experience with, with many other doctors, as I’m sure most people have). She actually cared about my own problems, and how they were exclusive to me. She and her staff are very caring—they really go out of their way to make your experience a good one.

This is a really nice theatre, whether you're there for a silent film (during their silent film showings) or a concert. It is much more intimate that a lot of venues for concerts, while providing that vintage theatre feel that you don't see much these days. They are a bit expensive, though, but this is pretty common in Seattle.

This is a really nice little comic store. It’s actually more like a regular store of some other type than a comic shop—by that I mean less “specialized” products, things that would appeal to a mass audience rather than just comics readers. They carry comics, trades, toys, figures, sculptures, games, pictures (of movie stars and more), and other comics related merchandise. They have a knowledgeable and friendly staff, and it’s a truly fun place to go in.

The atmosphere of the Covington location is awesome. It’s snug, but not tight, so that it always feels homey and warm. There’s a fireplace, and it’s decorated nicely. Especially around Christmas, it’s a wonderful place to go on early, chilly mornings for the best coffee around, and great treats made from scratch, too!

Stepping into DeLaurenti's is an experience. If you're a food lover, this is an awesome place! Especially if you enjoy cooking--this store offers specialty foods that are hard to find, and some of the best deli meats, cheeses, pates, and more, that I have ever had. They also offer imported olive oils, chocolates, and much more.
One of the best aspects of this store is the staff. Unlike many customer service experiences, the staff here are actually knowledgeable. It's refreshing.
They also have a section with chocolates and other candy making ingredients and supplies. This place is just wonderful!

This is a great comics shop. They offer a wide selection of comics and memorabilia, and the staff is helpful and friendly. One negative thing about the shop, though, is that they do not offer a “box,” where frequent customers can have them set aside their specified comics for each week. Otherwise, though, a very good comics experience.

This store has a wide variety of specialty foods, at least in most cases. They also have a bulk food section that’s really nice, and becoming more and more rare. Their produce is always fresh and good quality; plus, I’ve had occasion in the past to order green tomatoes through them, which they willingly did and charged me a very low price. They have good prices and good quality food—just like their ads state.

This place has the charm and the quality of a traditional bakery. The baked goods are seductively good. If you are a bakery lover, you will really enjoy this place. They offer a wide variety of scones, muffins, rolls, and cookies (some of the best ever, I would venture to say), plus breakfast sandwiches served on out of this world, warm, soft rolls. Not to mention savory breads, sandwiches—again, a wide variety—for lunch, salads, and even fresh fruit. The price is just slightly expensive—for Seattle, it really is not too expensive at all. And the food is definitely worth it.
