The honey hole isn't just a vegetarian restaurant... in fact most of the menu consists of meat sandwiches. But the vegetarian options are so good they deserve special note (coming from a vegetarian tired of the usual sprout/tomato/creamcheese vegi sandwich.)
The grilled sandwiches are fantastic, and all come with a choice of fries or potato salad. (good fries.)
the beers come in unusually large glasses and are the perfect beverage for a leisirely afternoon people watching at this trendy local.
i love this place for thinking beyond the typical vegetarian sandwiches and offering us spicy mayo, grilled cheeses, all the gooodies we usually have to envy from afar.
the downside is that smoking is allowed inside (it is also a bar), which can be offensive to some while trying to eat.

Agua Verde is a real gem located right on the water near the University of Washington.
There are lots of great options: blackened catfish tacos, yam tacos, etc. My favorite thing to do is to order "3 Sides" which comes with 3 hot tortillas. Some of the options are: jalipeno mashed potatos, pozole, cilantro rice, jicama coleslaw and on. In addition, there is a fresh salsa bar which is always brimming with delicious fresh salsa options.
There are plently of good vegetarian options and what look like really good margaritas in addition to the usual non-alcoholic Jamaica, Horchata and lemonades.

Dream is a neat little boutique in the heart of Fremont that has a widley varied stock. There are lots of non-clothing gifts, includeing a remarkably complete line of various and unusually scented candles, some jewlery etc. The clothes themselves are beautiful and quite expensive and many seem unique with alot of trendy hand-created details (beading, embroidery, etc.)
Dream also tends to carry some nice designer jeans for a rather hefty price.
The employees are very nice and helpfull, almost to the point where i feel like i need a little more privacy.
The best part about dream is the occational deep sale, during which $180 jeans may be marked down to $40 (I got a pair of those). Whether or not you hit a sale or actually want to buy something, it is a really fun store to look around in and there is almost assuredly some small item that could be purchased as a gift.

I had my baby through SHMS and it was an incredible experience. The care was incredibly complete and personal, and the midwives extremly competant and solid in their skills and knowledge but also aware of the natural process of birth and a birthing womans intrinsic instinct.
The process maintained the beauty and wholesome experience of birth with the support of some highly skilled and knowledgeable women. They are fantastic, and my experience with SHMS as a whole was fantastic starting with my initial consult to the friendly and helpfull office staff to the final event.

I would definatly recomend their services, and felt like I received very attentive individualised service. They listened well, and helped me make a rough concept into a really satisfying final product.
In addition, the bid that I received from these guys was much lower than any others that I got. I think that these guys are a small company themselves and they seem to understand the particular needs associated with being a small business.
A pleasure to work with, and I'd definatly recommend them.

This place is fantastic!!! Your entry fee grants you use of many different soaking pools (rangeing in temperature from a very cold plunge pool to hot tub temp), a steamroom, a dry sauna, three different earth energy rooms (warm rooms of different temperatures with different substrates on the ground and walls... like salt, jade, etc) and lots of warm heated stone floors for relaxing on.
In addition, you can buy other services, like a very vigorous Korean body scrub, or a moisturizeing treatment or massage.
The ambiance is not really tranquil. The place is well lit and feels social and down to business (the actual facility is very nice, lots of stone and waterfalls and plants etc, but no effort is made to keep the place quiet).
Clothing is not allowed in the pools, but you are given a robe upon admission that you can wear from activity to activity. It should be noted here that this is not just a place reserved for the svelte... women of all shapes, sizes, ages etc mingle here with a comfort and ease that is really refreshing, and it is easy to leave the place feeling good about your body, however it looks.
There is also a restaurant on the premise while is really really good and serves up inexpensive and healthy korean dishes.
No men are allowed into the building, and there is a security guard that patrols the entrance and parking lot in the evening hours.
This is an excellent establishment.

Jeff Dodson is a fantastic dentist that I have visited for over 10 years. He stays absolutly up to date with the newest dental techology and techniques, and has years and years (decades?) of experience that result in very carefull and nearly pain-free work.
In addition, he has a pleasant chair side attitude and is a really friendly, soothing, competent guy who listens carefully and responds throughly.
The only downside is that his work seems to be a little bit more expensive than some other dentists, but in all my years with him I have never developed a fear/dislike of going to the dentist, and that alone is worth the slightly greater cost to me.

They also sell great salads (with large enough portions that you could make one a dinner) and gelato.
After many chaotic months in the begining, Tutta Bella seems to have gotten its methods under control and is now a really pleasant place to eat.
There was a hike in the prices in the last year, which while still fair, make the restaurant a little bit more expensive to visit.
The restaurant can get busy, but they have the endearing trait of often offering a small glass of free house red wine while you wait.
Overal, this is a great place with good food and a nice waitstaff.

I had the experience of working with the women of Access Staff and found them to be extremly friendly, helpfull, non-judgemental and professional. I received personalized attention and they were really good about not just helping me find a job but also with interview tips and job preparation.
Their website is really nice too and has a joblisting thing where you can see the current positions that they are trying to fill.
Overall my experience was quite satisfactory and I would definatly recommend their services.

OK, I had a luke warm Lottie Motts review up for some time now, and it was high time to change it. My prior complaints, mainly the unfriendly staff and unfriendly feeling vibe of the place, seem less important now in the face of all of the positive things. The staff doesn't even seem all that unfriendly anymore, actually, quite the opposite... maybe there was just a rough period in the transition from Lottie Motts to Lotties Lounge.
Now, I love the place. The food is excellent... there is a small kitchen, so come relaxed and ready to hang out (and play cards or checkers with some of the communal games available) and have a drink while you wait. I am a huge fan of the lasagna (there is a sausage version with meat from Bob's, as well as a fantastic vegetarian version), that has a rich and spicy sauce and is incredibly satisfying. The salads are ample and have lots of interesting things in them (nuts, fruit, cheeses etc), the appetizers are good, the cream based pastas are garlic laced and smell heavenly.
The drinks are good too. In addition to the usual beers, they tend to have good fruity drinks (I recently had a delicious mango martini that tasted and had the texture of being made from real mango nectar), and usually have a fantastic sangria. It is sweet and fruity but also herbal and spicy.
It has become quite a pleasure to spend time here, and I am really happy to have it as a neighborhood hangout!
There is also a good happy hour.
