Super nice, really positive experience

I was recently in a fender-bender and went in to H & I for an estimate to repair the damages, and was really surprised and pleased at what a nice experience it was. I am used to car-repair stuff being stressful and a little bit sleazy feeling, but these guys (and gals) were really friendly and upfront and went out of their way to answer my questions and keep me informed of my options.
I would absolutely recommend them and (while I hope I don't have to spend any more time in an auto body shop anytime soon!), I would go to them with full confidence in the future.
