Pacific Flower Market has been operating in Federal Way for at least 10 years. My son recently ordered a wrist corsage for his prom date from there. It cost $20 and it was quite beautiful. I've seen pretty plain wrist corsages, with just one flower, for the same price at other florists. But, at Pacific Flower Market, they use rose petals and curl them to look like a small rose bud. The corsage had two complete roses and three "buds". Lovely!
