I have gone to Earl's for many years now. It's a fun place for kids to go- I remember loving going there when I was a kid. They have every party favor imaginable, TONS of costumes (especially around Halloween), and misc. party/event supplies. Most everything is SUPER cheap. Obviously, most of it isn't made to last long though.
