China Moon, recently opened, has some decent Chinese food considering that it's in the suburbs where Chinese-American generic takeout Chinese food is the rule, not the exception. This chain offers a reasonable selection of Chinese food, well prepared, and tilted more towards the authentic side and less towards the mass market Chinese takeout. Worth a try, I would recommend it. Not as good as the true Ethnic food closer to LA but reasonable for a neighborhood location.
