Bargain no-frills manicures and pedicures

They have a manicure and pedicure special for just $18. The place is conveniently located just two blocks from the R Train. The decor is very colorful and the place is clean. The service is not luxurious, not the full spa experience, but it is not expected at these prices. The only drawback is that it is always crowded and they try to rush you to get to the next client.
