Steven Klein's LSAT prep course is the best money I ever spent. He is a huge reason I ended up at an ivy league law school. And his class is much cheaper (less than $1000) than the big national companies. More importantly, Steven teaches his class in an individualized manner. While every student needs to learn certain core concepts to excel on the LSAT, Steven recognizes his students are often in very different places in terms of the skills necessary to take the test. Instruction is individually tailored to each student to ensure that the student is absorbing what that individual needs, not some "trick" the national companies think will help everyone excel. Steven's approach to the test is more comprehensive than the national companies as well, he teaches it as a body, not 150 individual questions. Many questions, particularly in the games section, rely on other questions, they are not discrete events, but the national companies will "teach" that they are.
