I'm a girl who knows her car and does most of the repairwork on it. It's too cold, dark and rainy to deal with my cooling system. I took my car in a week ago to this garage and he did a fantastic job. Price was fair, the repair was straight up. He fully explained the repair and gave me the old part without asking. I would recommend this place to anyone for great service with confidence that you will not be ripped off.

It was a new valve that costed like 4 bucks at Schucks, and any monkey can change it. I checked the valve myself and it was fine. I paid for the oil change and left.
Don't do it!

Unless your family doesn't mind blowing $15000 a year, and you have a couple of years to spare, do not go to this school. I wish someone had given me this advice in the beginning. You do not need to go to school to become a photographer. You are much better off working (and getting paid) as an assistant learning from the pros, take workshops from the Photographic Center NW, follow your passion by taking lots of photos, and gain experience by starting with small assignments and build your reputation. I realized this after a year when I started working part time in a studio. AIS is a trade school to make money for investors, who have higher priority than students' well interest. It does not train you to be an artist. If you want to be an artist then DEFINITELY don't go there, they will squelch your creativity since they have a strong commercial emplasis.
If you really want to go to school, go to a 4-year college and get a BA in something else, and minor in photography. If you don't want to do the 4-year route, and want to be only a photographer, take some business classes from a community college instead and follow my recommendation above. 90% of professional photography is managing the business. Trust me, there is no point in paying someone else so much $$$$ to learn, when you can get paid to learn from the pros.

I work in finance and deal with Bank of America. I usually recommend my clients to bank elsewhere; fees are unreasonable, practice is questionable at times. I used to bank at Washington Mutual but they have grown similar to BOA. ATM fees are tremendous when travelling international. I paid enough ATM fees (for Wamu alone) during a 2 week trip in Italy that would have paid for a night of hotel.
I switched to Watermark because they are more human and fees are more reasonable. They are part of the shared branching network of credit unions, which means you can do your banking business at almost all credit unions. They also offer free box of checks, higher interest rates, and free atm (but the atm terminal may charge you). Definitely inquire about other credit unions in your area as they can give you more benefits.

Good selection, good food
This is a good place for healthy organic foods. The meat and produce sections are excellent, and bulk is good enough. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

The only peeve I have about this place is the attitude of the checkout staff. Most of them are not happy and are not shy at displaying this. I've heard that management is poor, which is definitely reflected.

I enjoy dining here, the atmosphere is comfortable, clean and quaint, the staff friendly, and good food. It's difficult to find good italian food anywhere in this country. There are many places much more expensive but mediocre and over flavored. This place is very reasonable and never disappoints. Although, I don't feel transported back to Sicily, (no Italian joint in America has come close to that) I'll settle for a place like this. The lady who owns or runs this place (I don't remember) is from Palermo.
The pizza is thin crusted and comes close to Napoli.

The velvet artworks on the wall are exquisite.
