Sick and tired of all the greasy pizza chain pizza? I know I was. If you are looking for gooooood pizza and different pizza, you need to order Amante's!! They have a fast menu- from the standard classics (cheese and pepperoni) to the new favorites (using goat cheese, pesto, pine nuts or others like a Mexican pizza and Thai Pizza). You will pay more for this pizza then you would Brand X, but it will actually TASTE great!!!! They deliver or you can walk in and pick it up.

I love sushi. I love sushi so much I would eat it for breakfast. I had heard all this talk about how great Mashiko's is, so one night I had to check it out for myself. Everything I had heard about it was true. They have a great menu with many things to choose from. Big on taste, not like the packaged super market sushi. Going with someone who doesn't like raw fish? There are plenty of items for them to choose from too. It is small,so be prepared for a wait at dinner, but it will be worth it. If you're looking for an exciting dinner- this is it. Every bite is FUN- what other food can you say that about?

I first discovered this place when I went for a beer after work with a friend- that was three years ago and this is still my favorite place to eat on California Ave. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is simple and delicious, whether you want a nice big salad or a juicy burger. The best fries in Seattle! Really, there is no other place like it- casual, inexpensive, and wonderful. Check it out! Great beer, great folks, great food- what more could you ask for!?

I have been going to the Hair Connection ever since a friend referred me in 1998!!!! I couldn't dream of going elsewhere. I moved off the Hill and went to another place just once...and I knew I would never cheat again. Honestly, this place has such great prices for cuts ($30), color, and foil and they do an amazing job!!! You can get it all done here, whatever you are looking for, by very knowledgeable and professional people. They don't try to sell products, they just do great work! Ask for Heather Moon or Hutch- they are awesome!

I have been going to the Hair Connection ever since a friend referred me in 1998!!!! I couldn't dream of going elsewhere. I moved off the Hill and went to another place just once...and I knew I would never cheat again. Honestly, this place has such great prices for cuts, color, and foil and they do an amazing job!!! You can get it all done here, whatever you are looking for, by very knowledgeable and professional people. They don't try to sell products, they just do great work!
