I like the Coffee, but service is spotty

I live right in the neighborhood and was excited to have Caffe Vita close by. The coffee is good here, but the service is spotty. We often take our own cups in to the store and once when we ordered a specific size the person working the counter rudely told us that we didn't know what we were talking about and we needed to order a different size. Other times people have been very nice, but I've been treated rudely at least 5 times. The last time was the last straw. We now go to other coffee houses.
