If you like Asian grocer, you'll have to check out Uwajimaya. Although the main theme is Japanese, they do have decent Chinese and Korean selection too. Inside of the store is clean and bright. It does look better than a lot of other Chinese grocery stores. The seafood department is especially good. You can always find different kinds of live seafood and packaged sashimi. There is even a food court inside of the store. The only complaint I have is that it's really really cold inside the store. So bring a jacket.

They have multiple offices on the east side of Seattle. Each office usually has several doctors. So your kids probably won't always see the same doctor. This can be good and better. It's good you can sort of get multiple opinions, but can be not so good if you really like a particular doctor better. But multiple doctors do provide better office hours. Especially weekend hours. If your kids are sick, they usually can get you an appointment pretty quick.

There are 4 doctors at this practice. The services they provide include primary care and pediatric care. Their office is conveniently located on the Gilman Blvd near the postal office. They also have good hours. (Open on Saturdays and after 7 PM on weekdays.) The quality of primary care is pretty good, but I'd recommend you go to a pediatric specialist for your kids. The receptionists seem to have many bad days. They really should have better attitudes.

Seattle aquarium is well known. Although it's not as big and famous as the one in San Diego. It is definitely an ideal attraction if you have your kids. You will find plenty of sea creatures like star fish, sea horse, otter, seal, sharks...The aquarium is currently under construction, but it is open. You should also considering getting an annual membership since it's really reasonably priced. You can always take your family here and spend a few fun hours.

But the service is pretty poor here. There was only one sales person in the store that day. We were there for more than 10 minutes, he did not come by to offer any assistance. Although he was probably completing a sales, it would be a lot customer-friendly if he just greeted us.

Bellevue Square should rank one of the best place to shop in the whole greater Seattle area. You will find 4 major department stores as well as lots of other smaller shops. Two children's playing area are always full of happy playing kids. Unfortunately, there is not centralized food court. You will have to walk around to find what you want to eat. However, it does have several nice sit-down restaurants attached to the mall.

And they are fast enough that you can just wait there for the job to complete.

The dim sum selection is good and mostly traditional stuff. If you are looking for some newer dim sum dishes, you might have to go to Vancouver.
But you will be disappointed if you come here for dinner. The dinner menu is sort of American-Chinese rather than authentic Chinese dishes. Really odd.
