I took my family to the Royal Argosy's Sunday brunch cruise a few months ago. The experience was OK but significantly below our expectations. The ship was not very well maintained for its age. The cruise departured about 10 minutes behind its schdule. The food was so so with the dessert probably being the best part. Service was also just OK. But the server kept telling us that the tip should be calculated based on the "entire cruise experience", meaning the $40+ per person fee. So don't expect much but just try to enjoy the view.
