I am not too big a man to admit that I know very little about cars. i don't know what most of the things are called or what they do. When something goes wrong, I have to trust the mechanic I have a Saab and avoid at all costs (because of the cost) dealership repair garages. At Scanwest, they have made repairs reliably and I don't feel like I have been bent over when I depart. An added bonus is that they have a fleet of Saabs to rent for a nominal fee as your car is repaired.
