We visited Dr. Starr today for our initial consultation. My child is scared of the dentist due to previous bad experiences. From the moment we walked in to Dr. Starr's office she was at ease. The desk staff talked to her and had read the info sheet she sent in so they knew things that she liked! She loved the tour which let her see what was going on around the office. She said Dr. Starr and Dr. Dickens were silly and she was all smiles the entire time. Consultation was thorough and I left feeling like I knew ecactly what to do next! We will definately be back to complete the needed work!
