This is an orthodontic practice that I wish other medical and dental offices should try to model. The doctor and staff at O'Grady Orthodontics really know how to deliver great customer service. Dr. O'Grady was very informative about my child's treatment and my son had great results. Dr. O'Grady is great with children. My son was somewhat sad that he won't be able to see Dr. O'Grady anymore. We plan to definetly return with our other children.
