A good local gym

When I moved to Ardsley I looked for a gym. It was pretty easy to locate since it is the only one in town. The folks there are nice and the crowds are not too bad. They have all the machines one could want unless you are a real workout freak. But for someone who can only get to the gym three days a week for an hour or so, this is a good deal. Reasonably priced and very convenient, I expect to be going to AAC for many years to come.
