We are busy professionals and Kai Mortgage came to us and really went the extra mile for us. Wow.
We were in the midst of buying a newly constructed home and Kai guided us through all the details, helped us understand the loan program and did a lot of rate-shopping for us. We felt that we had a team we could trust and depend on. We'll be sending all our friends to Kai Mortgage, for sure.
