We have been going to the flower lady for 5 years now. Her shop makes beautiful bouquets on the spot for very fair prices. They also have a great selection of other small gifts and cards. We even ordered the flowers for our wedding through the shop, with wonderful results. The people there have been very helpful and friendly to us every time we visit.

This office has great customer service. Their front desk specialists have always been helpful, friendly and patient when I'm picking out frames! I've only seen Dr. Nakatsu, but I can say he's been a great doctor and has both given me good advice and also listened to my issues. If you don't know of a good optometrist on Cap hill, check this place out. They have a great selection of frames, and quick service.

We've had just standard oil changes and tune-ups done here, plus had our timing belt changed, and I think their prices are very fair. They also offer a AAA discount which is nice! We've compared their prices with other auto shops, and found they are similar if not cheaper. He's also given us good honest advice even when we didn't go to him. If you're having car problems, give them a call. I know we have no complaints!

The make-up that they carry is wonderful, and the service is always great. They have a lot of little gifts, but some very nice handbags as well. They also carry Queen Bee products, which makes them even better!

While I can't make any promises about how friendly the front desk people will be, you will be happy with the expertise of the capital hill manager, Stephen. My husband and I have been going to him for years. He's professional, but a wonderful person to talk to and he'll make you feel comfortable in an instant. He always listens to your requests, and has ALWAYS given us the perfect haircut or hair coloring.

My wife and I went last summer and still frequently speak fondly of it, so much so that we have intentions of purchasing our own kayaks so that we always have the option (and when we do buy you can bet that we'll go to NW Outdoor Center to buy as well)... helpful staff who will show you the ropes so you can get on your way quickly even if you've never done it before.

These people are SO incredibly nice (I know it's a barista job to be nice but these folks have a heaping helping of cheer) great music usually playing as well (last time it was Johnny Cash). They never scorch the milk either... best coffee in Seattle!

Hoorray!!! Finally an alternative to Crispy Crap... these donuts will still probably do all the bad things donuts do to you but you won't care as you eat them. The people here are SO nice it's awsome, plus it's in one of Seattle's best kept secrets (Psst... Eastlake... pass it on). The guilt of eating a donut lasts about as long as it takes to realize you want another (approx. 15 seconds). Don't like donuts well, did you ever think maybe donuts don't like you either? I bet you didn't did you? Shame on you.
