If you have kids, you will want to pluck down a family membership for the Children's Museum. You will pay off a membership after only a couple of visits. Although you can pay for all three museums, you should opt for all three as it will provide for plenty of variety for only a little more price. You will also have to throw in the extra cost for parking since neighborhood parking is not an option due to safety and distance away. The Children's Museum has an elaborate jungle forest which the kids climb/slide through, a water play area, a ball area, an area for smaller kids, and other interactive displays. I have taken out of town visitors and they always comment on how much better it is than anything they have in their area. It can get crowded on weekends so you should hit it during a weekday if you get the chance.
