I think Rosie Posies has been at the Union Hill shopping mart forever - they have a dependable selection of bouquets, flowers, and plants. If you are planning on going there for boutonnières or corsages, make sure to reserve in advance, it’s a popular spot. They also have a variety of balloons for birthday celebrations (including Mylar). Definitely your best bet if you live in the immediate area.
