These guys will not only guide you through the maze of butchery, they'll tell you everything you need to know to prepare it perfectly. Great source of cuts of beef, pork, and even specialty game. One of the best butchers in Seattle, and paired perfectly with a seafood and wine shop right in the same building. If you live in QA, Fremont, or Magnolia, its worth getting it here.
