I've tasted better, decent service

After attending this shop one time I haven't returned. I can't say it was terrible, but it was merely average food. The service was Ok but sometimes you would wait being thirsty for someone to come over and serve you. Once my food came cold and they refused to reheat it for us. This is unacceptable service and we refuse to go back again.
