ABC Cafe is famous around Monterey Park for their wonton noodle. Not that it's really fantastic or anything but it's cheap ($2.xx), it used to be $1.99. When you come during non-peak hour, you get your food pretty. The service is acceptable for the price, but sometimes the waiter/waitress is just grumpy. But overall dining atmosphere is fine, my past experience has been okay. You can get a Quickly's Tapioca drink (a few stores down) and whatever you order and made a nice meal with some extra cash in your pocket. Parking is a big negative though. and please tip them good
