The downtown branch is good

I do my banking with Republic Bank and it has been my experience that the best branch to visit is the downtown branch. The neighborhood branches seem to have a few employees that can be snobby and sometimes rude but at the downtown branch I have been met with a pleasant greeting each time I've visited.
I've had a minimum of hassles with this bank. They have caused me no grief through any errors on their part. Though one drawback that I have seen is that when something does go wrong with your account, no one in the neighborhood branches seems to give consistent answers.
