The Kentucky Derby Museum is the place to go for everything Derby. It's located at historical Churchill Downs, so you know you are getting the best when you go here.
With hands on displays, a tour of the backside and a walking tour of the grounds, you are seeing the true essense of The Derby when you visit this museum. Or at least as close as you can get without a ticket to the actual race.
In my experience there is something for eveyone at this museum. There is history for the history buffs, racing for anyone who is interested in that and even for those who don't care for either, there are the beautiful horses to admire.
