Wonderful bookstore

Carmichael's is a place that I'm proud to frequent. It's the oldest independent bookstore in the city and is still going strong. Of course books are books, but when you buy them from a place that takes this much pride in selling them, it makes you feel like this is a place you can call your home. And Carmichael's is definitely a little bookstore home for me. It's comfortable and inviting and has a nice sense of familiarity, unlike the monstrous chain bookstores. I really appreciate that difference and I think so many others do, too.
