Fiesta Ranchera is a great place to get authentic Mexican food in Bloomington-Normal. They have a few locations around town. Their nachos supreme and quesadilla rojo's are great. They also have Mexican beers and have happy hour specials. Service is friendly and fast and prices are reasonable. Fiesta Ranchera also has great salsa and chips!
