Never over crowded, Westfarms is by far my favorite mall in CT. The selection of stores is by far the best in the state. It's clean, secure, has plenty of parking, and is close to several highways. Many other malls are overrun with "mall rats" - but Westfarms caters more to adults - which is more to my liking.

This dealership is very easy to find. They have a good selection of used and new motorcycles (and other toys). I have never used their service deparment (since they are too far and I have a great dealership close by) - so I can't speak to that. The prices are fair - but nothing to write home about. I would definitely shop there if they had the bike I wanted.

Things have been getting worse at this kennel. They used to be a small resort like facility but are now expanding and growing - and losing focus on what's important - the animals. They actually sent our dog home with someone else who came to pick up their dog (similar breed). When we arrived to pick up our dog (who is like our child), we were given someone else's dog. That is simply not acceptable!

I've learned over the years that unless it's a life threatening injury...go to the Doctor's Treatment Center for immediate care if you can't get into your regular doctor. Wait times at emergency...
I've learned over the years that unless it's a life threatening injury...go to the Doctor's Treatment Center for immediate care if you can't get into your regular doctor. Wait times at emergency rooms can be 4+ hours, but at Doctor's Treatment Center I have never had to wait more than an hour (and usually get in within 20 minutes). They have always accurately diagnosed my problems and done so with such friendliness.

We brought our lawn mower in for service a couple times but they didn't really fix it. We have a "three strikes your out" policy with places like this. We gave them 2 chances to fix what they couldn't fix the first time. The third time we brought it back, they "lost" our lawnmower. Yes - that's right - gone! How can a reputable business just lose a lawnmower???? I would never trust any equipment of mine here!

I have only rented equipement (which was in decent shape and had decent rental fees) - but I almost hate to go back because the staff have such an attitude. They really take the "superior" name to heart!!! I would rather spend my money at a business where the staff are attentive to the customers and aren't so focused on how great they are. Unfortunately, Superior is buying out many local businesses and growing - but I just hope that they can lose the attitude!

This is definitely one of the best doctor's offices I've been to. The office staff here are efficient, friendly, and responsive. You don't get the "gossipy" feel from the staff that you do at other doctors offices. The physicians themselves are very attentive to their patients - they do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. They really know their stuff! I highly recommend the Southington office!!!

People either like Mohegan Sun or Foxwoods. I'm one of the ones that loves Mohegan Sun. While I don't go there just for the gaming/casino (which I hear is better at Foxwoods), I just love the atmosphere, variety of shops, entertainment and restaurants. In my opinion, Mohegan's selection of restaurants is so much better. Same holds true with the shops. They have a great bar set up high in a stone mountain that has a planetarium like ceiling where you can sit and watch the stars.

The selection of plants is about average at Dietrich gardens. They seem to focus mostly on plants and have very little in the way of garden decor, stone, mulch, etc. My biggest complaint is that every time I go there, I can't get anyone to help me. They usually have one or two people behind the counter, but nobody out and about to help answer questions about the plants or to help select the right type. For me, this is a deal breaker. I have a hard time shopping at a place that I can't get decent customer service.

We have been using Green Way for a couple years now. Any time I have had an issue with my irrigation system, they have set up an appointment that meets my schedule in a timely manner. In the fall, I use them to shut down my system and they have been top notch! Service has been good compared to other companies I've tried in the past. No complaints here!
