We purchased a pellet stove a couple weeks ago. Price was on the average to high side (installation was especially high) but they were the only local dealer for the type we wanted. We haven't had installation yet so I can't speak about that yet.....but we did prepay for pellets. When we went to pick them up we were told they were out and wouldn't be getting more in for several weeks but that we could pay to upgrade to a better brand. Yeah....typical bait and switch. We only have 30 days to pick up our pellets or we lose the money. I'm not too thrilled so far.
