I was looking for a hard to find car (diesel). I ended up ordering it through Crowley. (they rarely have any diesels on the lot). Once the car arrived, they handled everything with ease. The showroom wasn't remodeled when I was there - but is now and looks great. The service department used to be out of this world - but lately things have gone down hill since they renovated the building. All of the old service staff are gone and replaced by new people who are oviously paid less (and sure show it!)

While shopping for new cars, I visited several new car dealers including Crabtree Cadillac Oldsmobile. The dealership is older and outdated, but most of the sales personnel were friendly and not overly pushy like at other dealerships. They let me take a very long test drive and really took their time with me. I didn't end up buying a car here - but I can say that I would consider buying from here in the future.

There aren't any high pressure sales tactics and the prices are competitive. My favorite part is In the back of the store, there is an area called "the pit" where you can find mismatched items, scratch and dent, etc. at bargain basement prices. The entire family will love the snack area where they have free candy, cookies and drinks. There are several cafe tables so you can sit down and relax.

I've purchased several arrangements and various bunches of fresh stems from Always Bloomin. The quality of the flowers has been outstanding. They have a huge selection (as well as baloons and other gift type things). In my opinion, the staff are friendly and courteous. They have limited parking - but that never seems to be an issue. I have never had anything delivered - so I can't evaluate that service. Iff you're looking for great flowers or a nice arrangement - Always Bloomin is great.

We purchased a pellet stove a couple weeks ago. Price was on the average to high side (installation was especially high) but they were the only local dealer for the type we wanted. We haven't had installation yet so I can't speak about that yet.....but we did prepay for pellets. When we went to pick them up we were told they were out and wouldn't be getting more in for several weeks but that we could pay to upgrade to a better brand. Yeah....typical bait and switch. We only have 30 days to pick up our pellets or we lose the money. I'm not too thrilled so far.

I love this course! It's set up by Lyman Orchards and you can smell the fruit trees! The views are spectacular. The course itself is great and very well cared for. As this course gains in popularity, getting good tee times can be tough on short notice. It's almost a 5 star - but not quite.

Unfortunately the Civic Center has seen better days. With all of the revitalization going on in Hartford, one would think they would build a new one. The Civic Center is old, outdated, dirty and cramped compared to other city's venues. It's OK for hockey games or the circus, but not so hot for concerts (the Meadows is better!).

They serve tea, coffee and water upon request. They have so many services to choose from. The treatment rooms are private and relaxing. If you just need a little peace and relaxation - this is the place to go!

I don't like anything about Price Chopper. The organization and layout of the store is horrible - it's impossible to find things. Their cleanliness and abundance of health code violations are enough to keep me from shopping there. They have very strict and difficult coupon rules and act like "coupon nazis". The registers are always understaffed and sale items are almost always sold out. I would rather shop at Stop and Shop and Shaws.

They have fair pricing and good service. I have used them about 5 times. They have always been on time and all trips have been incident free. My only complaint is that the limos are a bit older and not very well taken care of - but from what I've heard it's because of management. If they cleaned things up, put a few newer cars in the fleet and had extras (like bottled water or a newspaper to read) they would be fantastic! You can't go wrong using Hunter's.
