one star is way to many to rate this company. I bought a stove on May 16,2010...NEVER worked. I took it back and all i have gotten from them is lip service...they have told me that parts were ordered, that the repairman picked it up, and yesterday they said it was due to be delivered that night and i could come get it when it got in...NEVER happened...it still isn't in according to buy rite. I will go down there tomorrow and something will be resolved, I work for television news.
sounds like a good consumer story to me.
