I'm almost reluctant to tell other people about the treasure of a family practitioner who is Dr. LaPlant because he'll get too busy! He's been my primary care physician at Group Health Silverdale for 15 years and I
honestly keep this HMO coverage simply because of his great care. He's never rushed, always has time to discuss the latest studies and the "why" behind his diagnosis. Treats me like an intelligent partner in
maintaining my health and I appreciate that. He's able to explain medical issues in language that makes sense to me. Everybody should have such a good doc.
