Located at Herald Square, this block spanning 99 cent store has two levels. On the lower level most items are about 99 cents, and range from gift tins to plastic tumblers, everything you'd find in a discount store. On the upper level you'll find very cheap gifts, kitchenware, toys, snacks, housewares, and more. The staff is helpful if you can manage to track one of the down. The store is very crowded, so be prepared for that.
