My air conditioner broke. I carpool to Palo Alto from the East Bay, so this was unacceptable. Art spoke to me on the phone for quite some time, walking me through the details of various levels of broken-ness. I much appreciated this. His staff was very friendly, and they appear to be very ethical. Oh, and they fixed my car well. I highly recommend these folks.
