amy's bread is delicious. the store is a bit small and can get crowded on the weekends, but it is worth it. the breads are great. my favotite is any loaf that has olives in it. the foccicia bread is alos very good. everything is fresh baked. and if you are not going ot finish the loaf in a day or two it stays fresh.. just need ot heat it up a little bit.

Manhattan Mortgage is one of the largest mortgage broker sin new york city. They are a legitmate organization. however, one needs to be on top of their broker 100% of the time. Also, be aware of the bait and switch. If a rate is promised to you make sure you get it in writing, as i was quoted a rate, told it was locked in and then when i asked for it in writing a few hours the rate was 25 bps higher. Moral of the story get everything in writing.

I used Bellmarc as part of my search for an apt in NYC. To my surprise they actually found the unit i purchased. At times it was difficult ot get ahold of my agent, but in the end she came through. Overall it was a good experience with Bellmarc, minus the few errors along the way. Ultimately the job got done.

I think most agents typically try to put spins on properties to gear your thought process, but my experience at Citi was different. They actuaslyl showed me apartments that met my criteria!
