Overrate & Over Priced for the Quality

Rosa Mexicano is a mediocre Mexican restaurant. The guacamole is good.. but at $14 per serving it is vastly overpriced. The entrées are ok, but for the same price one can go to a much higher end restaurant and get better food and service. The biggest attraction of Rosa is the bar. Bar scene can be good on a Thursday night or on the weekend. Try a frozen margarita.
