Ordered a custom built computer, their customer service was friendly and explained things very well. Their suggestions helped greatly with building an affordable and high-end system. Price was not that far above what it might cost if I had built it myself (once you factor in the S&H charges it would have cost), except I did not have to build the system myself and worry about broken parts.
