If you are a do-it-yours decorator or crafty person, you 'll want to add the Foam Rubber & Fabric Outlet to your resource list. I have taken many vintage finds in and had rubber padding cut to size. I found some old bar stools at a tag sale, took them in and had them add new padding and a new waterproof fabric. I only needed a staple gun and voilà! I have cute new outdoor stools. I have friends who drive from Chattanooga to buy here so I know the prices are good.
