The sports teams, especially the lacrosse team, are very well known for finishing at the top in the state. Many of the players go on to play for colleges such as Duke and Maryland.

This is the perfect place to go to get a gift for someone who is impossible to buy something for. However, be prepared to spend a good amount of money as most of the items are handmade and one of a kind.

Great place to get your dry cleaning done. They have a huge store so they can handle a lot of business, which they do. They also have a full time tailor, like most cleaner stores do. If you are in need of renting a tuxedo they do that also along with shoes. One problem with the store is that they often take 4-5 days to clean anything.

Very cool museum to visit. They have everything from aircraft to space shuttles on display. The placards for each exhibit give a plethora of information and history on the display. The entrance fee is very reasonable and you can easily spend 2-4 hours in this museum. A great place to take the kids on the weekend.

A very classy theater to see shows at. This place gets all the most popular plays and musicals in the Baltimore metropolitan area. I’d suggest shirt and tie for all events here because it’s a more upscale theater to go to. In addition, they have bars scattered throughout the building. Ticket prices can sometimes be expensive.

It’s located right in the inner harbor across from Hard Rock café which is perfect to go to after a visit to the aquarium. Make sure to get there early in the day as the aquarium can get very busy during mid-day, especially on weekends.

If you do not want to walk around downtown but need to get around without a car, the water taxi is the way to go. It is a bit pricey sometimes but it’s a nice ride across the harbor. Unfortunately there was a terrible accident that resulted in death last year on one of the boats. My suggestion is to walk around instead, especially if the weather is nice.

This zoo is very cool. The exhibits are tons of fun because they are more creative than most zoos. If you have only been to the Baltimore Zoo in Baltimore, MD then you will have much more fun at this zoo. From the second you walk in you are surrounded by animals. At the entrance are wires that monkeys cross over the road on. It’s a very cool place to visit once in a while.

If you have a luxury car or just want to take good care of your car, this is the best place to get a car wash from. It is all hand done and the prices are very reasonable. The one problem is that on sunny days you can wait as long as 25-30 minutes for them to start working on your car. The actual car wash is quite long as well (normally 20-30 minutes per car). They also do detail work on cars.
