When you walk in, it looks like a cheap warehouse. They have TONS of clothes and theyre priced pretty well. I think the only real bad thing is that most of their clothes have a huge OLD NAVY written across them. I cant complain though because theyre usually thick, good quality. The clothes are relatively soft and have a nice feel. Customer service there is bad though. Its a bunch of kids who dont really care. If you have a problem, then try calling their 1800 number. Overall, pretty good.
