Slurp Rocks! They've got excellent food at low college student prices. The menu is small, but everything on it is good and you can order off the menu if you want. Want the Shrimp Fried Noodles with chicken instead? Just ask, they'll do it for you.
I always get the fiery thai noodles with chicken. Add lots of lime and you're in for a great meal. It's usually too much food to finish, so you can get a doggie bag and give the leftovers to any of the hundreds of homeless people outside on Telegraph.
