We arranged to buy our Honda Odyssey through Costco and the experience was even better than we hoped. That's because South Tacoma Honda didn't mess around with the usual car dealership B.S. Maybe it was the Costco connection, but my impression was that they're good to everyone. They didn't give us a song and dance about financing and extended warranties, just gave us information in a reasonable way. They have also been efficient and understanding when it comes to warranty repairs (i.e., our stereo failing to work because someone put a dime in it). They wash your car whenever you get service, which is a nice touch. We will definitely do business with them again.
