Just what I'd expect from a good agent

I've met my insurance agent exactly once. And it works. Mike sat down with my partner and I, assessed our needs, set us up and sent us on our way. I was already a State Farm customer, so he didn't have to sell me on that. When I have needed assistance, his office has been helpful. He's tried to upsell me a few products, but managed to make it seem more helpful than annoying, which is good.
