Once my taxes became more complicated than 1040 EZ, I sought out professional assistance. Carrie Lyon did a great job. She has particular knowledge and understanding about issues related to gay people, their partners, etc. I appreciated her help in planning my financial steps year-round, not just at tax time. The only question is: Would you rather pay more than $100 for a pro, or pay a lot less and work it through TurboTax?
