We are buying a house from an agent at Prudential. He has been fantastic and very patient with us. We looked at almost 100 houses and finally got the fourth one that we put a bid on. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was careful to only take us to house we'd be somewhat interested in. Highly recommend this agency.

We were buying a house through a owner/broker associated with this agency. After agreeing on the sales price and working through the contract they changed their mind at the last minute and sold to someone else. This was after we had the house inspected and our kids had even picked out their rooms. I know this happens all too often now and they only got a few thousand dollars more then we were offering but I'd still avoid this agent

This Zabar's spinoff has got an enormous selection of free meet, veg, bread, fruit, pasta and prepared dishes. It's also got a good selection of other food. I find the prepared food is just never as good as I except it to be - possibly because it's made in such bulk and often sits on the shelf for days. I've seen expiration dates for prepared food a week out - who want a week old chicken pie? Oh, and it's expensive too.

The Intrepid is lots of fun to visit. It's not often you get to stand on a real warship and you realize how massive it is when you're standing there. Lots of well maintained exhibits - a good chance to learn a lot and have some fun. There's a flight simulator ride and a theater with some good movies. You can even see a concord when you're there.
