This sin't the first place I go when I am looking for a haircut. It is however the first place I go when I need a CHEAP haircut. Yes, 4.95 everyday for anyone. It's not the best haircut and not styled, but if you really can't afford an expensive one and need a trim to hold you over until you can get a nice cut, this is the place to go. Most of the time, there is not a long wait, do not go on weekends unless early in the morning. They are open late on weekdays. Parking is fine..there is limited reading material while you wait, be prepared if you go on a Saturday.
